Cambodia Bans 3G Phones Because of Porn
Cambodia’s PM was a little upset when his wife and her friends received porn on their cell phones; apparently they complained to him and asked him to sign a petition.
The PM said, “I have written to the Minister of Telecommunications to delay the use of certain mobile phones. We can wait 10 more years until we have managed to improve morality in society.”
